Vom 8. bis 10. Juli fand die Jahreskonferenz der ICON•S International Society of Public Law an der IE Law School in Madrid statt. Sie stand unter dem Motto »The Future of Public Law: Resilience, Sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence«. Mit mehr als 2000 Teilnehmer:innen und über 500 verschiedenen Programmpunkten war es die bisher größte ICON•S Konferenz.

Einer der Programmpunkte war ein Beitrag von Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh. Dieser hielt im Panel »Resilience of Global Administration Law & the Private / Public Divide« einen Vortrag zum Thema »Cooperation and Corporation. Developing a “general law of the corporation” beyond the private/public law divide«.
