Fabius Bonde studied Law at the EBS University of Economics and Law in Wiesbaden as well as the LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He finished his law degree 2021 with the first state examination (Specialisation Banking and capital markets law). In 2022 he obtained a Master of Arts in Business for Legal Professionals at the EBS University. Title of his Master Thesis was “A (behavioural) economical and legal analysis of climate change”.
Since December of 2021 Mr. Bonde works as a Junior Researcher at the exam clinic of the EBS Law School and also as a PhD Candidate for Prof. Dr. Emanuel V. Towfigh. In his dissertation he examines the role of time within the law, especially in relation to freedom. Therein Mr. Bonde sets another emphasis on problems in the field of law and economics regarding intertemporal choices.
