Defense of Bachelor Theses at Partner Law Firm POELLATH

Once again this year, EBS Law School students from the »Digitalization & Law« focus area were able to present their Bachelor theses at the premises of our partner law firm POELLATH. The candidates were invited to Frankfurt for November 2 and 3, 2023. In addition to the eight students, Prof. Dr. Emanuel Towfigh and his research associate Svea Alberti, Prof. Dr. Michael Goldhammer was represented by his research associate Justus Hacke.

The thematic focus of the Bachelor Theses this year was on:

Following the individual defenses, the students held a final discussion in plenary.

The opportunity to present their bachelor theses in the POELLATH offices and the exchange with lawyers there gave the students an insight into the legal profession in the heart of Frankfurt. This – together with the view of the skyline and the enchanting supply – is always a special experience.
